Our Story
GoVia Alliance Group was incorporated on October 3, 2025 and launched on April 7, 2026. It started the way most things do on a floor — five people who had run buildings, comparing notes and finding the same pattern. Strategy that was right on paper. Nothing different on the floor Monday morning.
We are not career consultants. We are career operators — five Managing Partners with 30 to 40 years each, working from Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, California, and Maine. We have run the buildings, signed the 3PL contracts, set the labor standards, and lived with all of it the following Monday. That is the difference between a recommendation and a decision.
We built GoVia Alliance Group for the mid-sized company on purpose. The largest firms chase enterprise budgets and Fortune 500 logos, which leaves companies with real operational complexity and no in-house army to fix it. That is our lane. And we take no commissions and no vendor incentives — when we recommend a system or a 3PL, nobody is paying us to say it.

Byron Howard is a proven turnaround operations leader and logistics expert. He has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, transforming underperforming sites and delivering significant cost savings across large, fast-paced logistics networks. Byron brings hands-on expertise in facility layouts, labor planning, and warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency and enhance labor utilization in high-volume environments. Known for his leadership and execution focus, he implements scalable processes that drive long-term growth and elevate overall logistics performance.
Lori King
MANAGING PARTNER
Lori King specializes in training, development, and complex change management, supporting organizations through operational and cultural transformations. Her expertise is in execution and capability building, designing comprehensive programs that translate complex concepts into clear, practical tools for immediate application by teams. Lori excels at diagnosing the behavioral and cultural root causes of performance challenges, creating interventions that foster engagement, accountability, and long-term stability.
Charlie Mangini
MANAGING PARTNER
Charlie Mangini doesn't just advise on operations; he re-engineers them. With four decades of senior operating leadership across retail and omni-channel distribution, he specializes in turning supply chain friction into competitive velocity. Charlie helps organizations dismantle bottlenecks, optimize 3PL partnerships, and install the engineered labor standards needed to scale. He has taught change management to operating leaders and has covered as general manager across multiple distribution centers on an interim basis — each time during peak, while the building he ran operated without him. His approach is defined by execution—identifying root causes and designing scalable fixes that protect the bottom line and ensure results are realized.
Kyle Picou

Kyle Picou is a dynamic operations leader with extensive experience in large-scale distribution and multi-site team management. He brings deep, hands-on expertise in operations management, budgeting, labor planning, and WMS implementation. Kyle excels at stabilizing operations during rapid change, turnarounds, and expansions. His leadership drives improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and service execution by creating alignment across logistics and cross-functional teams, fostering high-performance cultures.
Fran Worth

Fran Worth is an experienced supply chain executive and consultant with deep expertise in technology-driven transformations, IT systems integration, and logistics. She excels at quickly assessing challenges, translating requirements into practical, hands-on solutions, and guiding teams through complex change with clarity and confidence. Fran's structured problem-solving approach focuses on 3PL design, workflow optimization, and large-scale process redesign. She draws on decades of experience to help clients enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and achieve sustainable, measurable results and long-term stability.
