What the Score Measures
The DC Peak Readiness Score pressure-tests your distribution center across eleven functional areas — because peak doesn't stress one part of a building, it stresses all of it: Strategy & Governance, Layout & Infrastructure, Inbound Operations, Inventory Management, Picking Operations, Packing & Shipping, Transportation Integration, Labor Management, Technology & Automation, Data & Analytics, and Peak Readiness itself.
Each area is scored on a five-level maturity model — Ad Hoc, Basic, Defined, Optimized, and Autonomous — the same model GoVia Alliance Group's partners use inside real distribution centers.
